♥ A great little community spot for families, book lovers and anyone looking for a quieter activity away from the beach. The library hosts occasional storytelling sessions, creative workshops and educational activities, making it particularly appealing for families with children.

♥ Perfect for families. The kids can enjoy the playground and then finish off with an ice cream.
♥ We’ve had great experiences with them, even when booking at the last minute. The cars have always been in good condition and the prices are very reasonable.
♥ A little different from the usual beachfront restaurant. Come for food or drinks and stay for the atmosphere, especially when there’s live music on. Their concept combines healthy food, wine, cocktails and entertainment by the sea.
♥ It's a peaceful spot for a family stroll, especially in the evening when the sun begins to set. We love the relaxed atmosphere, the sound of the waves and being able to stop for a coffee, ice cream or something to eat right by the beach.
♥ It’s all about the vibe. Right by the beach, relaxed during the day and much livelier when the music starts. Expect live music, concerts, Cuban salsa and plenty of dancing.
♥ A handy local contact to have saved when travelling with a pet. The clinic is well established in Torrox and treats dogs and cats. Sources also note multilingual attention, including English, Spanish and German.
♥ One of Playa Ferrara's defining attractions is its seafront promenade, lined with restaurants, cafés, and traditional Spanish beach bars known as chiringuitos.
♥ Fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes, leather belts and bags, sunglasses. Great choice for local products, artisanal.
♥ It’s convenient and easy for those little things you suddenly realise you need, especially when you don’t want to drive to one of the larger supermarkets.
♥ Really useful if you’re staying without a car. You can easily use Torrox Costa as a base and still explore nearby towns by bus.
♥ A great option when you want to keep active or enjoy a little wellbeing time during your stay, with everything from Pilates and yoga to massage and physiotherapy.
♥ The cakes are the highlight. It’s a lovely casual place to sit with a coffee and treat yourself to a slice of homemade cake.
♥ It feels special without being overly formal. The service and atmosphere are lovely, and the steaks are particularly good.
♥ One of our favourite places for an easy breakfast or coffee. Friendly, informal and there’s plenty on the menu if you want something more substantial.
♥ One of our regular favourites when we fancy sushi. Good food, lots of choice, huge variety and an easy, casual place for dinner with the family.
♥ It’s one of the most recognisable landmarks in Torrox Costa and a lovely spot for a walk, especially around sunset.
♥ It’s close and easy, so perfect when you only need a few things rather than a full supermarket shop.
♥ Our favourite supermarket for fresh meat and fresh produce.
♥ We like the extra variety of products and the prepared food when you want something quick and easy.
♥ It’s in a brilliant location, just steps from the beach and surrounded by promenade terraces, so the kids can play while you stay close to cafés and restaurants.
♥ Friendly, helpful staff and a good range of products. It’s a convenient pharmacy to know about if you need anything during your stay.
♥ There are lots of parking spaces along the road, so it’s a good area to try when you want to park close to the centre and seafront.
♥ It’s useful if you want to avoid paid or time-limited parking and also around the corner.
♥ There is usually space here even when everywhere closer to the beach is packed. It’s one of those handy parking spots that many visitors simply don’t know about.
